To get your youth players ready for the biggest game of their young lives, first, there are a couple of things that they should learn and develop. Whether you are teaching the young players about their specific roles in the game or how to throw and dribble the ball properly, it is very crucial that they learn the proper soccer lessons as well as techniques in playing the game in order to gradually help them become better, stronger, and wiser athletes.

As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. But before every practice, it is always good to start your young players with simple, exciting, and appropriate warm up exercises. You may provide each kid a ball and tell them to sit on it. An as soon as they hear you say the word "go", they will be requires to stand and then sit on their partner's ball. You can have them do this exercise over and over again with various tasks every time. For instance, you can have them step on the ball lightly with alternating feet, repeatedly. These warm up exercises will encourage balance, speed, anticipation, and anticipation from each player. You can also teach kids to not just only lay their eyes and keep watch on the ball, but also to let them make a decision beforehand on what to do with it. This will help them act swiftly during the game.

Once they have perfected this, you can have them repeat the procedure with only 2 bounces, and then 1. Once they're all finished, you can now set-up a row of goals which is about ten yards away, have them repeat the previous exercises. Once they have trapped the ball, instruct the kids to instantly shoot the ball right into the goal using their inside foot. This particular exercise is designed to combine coordination and balance with the fundamentals of shooting.
